Child safety standards

DangClub - دەنگ کڵەب has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to everyone who uses DangClub and to everything shared on it: voices, names, usernames, profile photos, and the names, descriptions and pictures of channels and groups, in public and private spaces alike.

1. What is banned

It is strictly forbidden to use DangClub to:

share, request, sell, or link to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, including audio, images, drawings or AI-generated content;
sexualise minors in any way, including sexual comments, descriptions or role-play involving anyone under 18;
groom a minor: contacting, befriending or manipulating a child with the aim of sexual abuse or exploitation, online or offline;
sextort or blackmail a minor, or threaten to share intimate content of a minor;
traffic children or advertise children for sexual purposes;
organise, promote or support any of the above, including in private groups.

Breaking these rules leads to immediate removal of the content and a permanent ban. Our Terms of Use also forbid all sexual content on DangClub.

2. Minimum age

You must be at least 13 years old to use DangClub. Users under 18 need the permission of a parent or guardian where local law requires it. If we learn that a child under 13 has an account, we delete it.

3. How to report

In the app, without leaving it:

On any voice, open its ⋯ menu and choose Report. On a person's profile, or a channel or group page, choose Report.
Pick the reason Sexual content and, if you can, add a short note (for example “involves a minor”).
Send. You can also block the person at the same time; blocking hides each of you from the other.

By email: write to elnndselman@gmail.com with the subject “Child safety report”. Include the username, channel or group name, and roughly when the voice was sent. Do not attach or forward the abusive material itself.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police or emergency number first.

4. What we do

Every report goes to our moderation team, who review reports within 24 hours. Reports about minors are handled first.
A voice, person, channel or group reported by several different people is hidden from everyone automatically until a moderator decides.
When we confirm CSAE or CSAM, we remove the content, permanently ban the account (a banned account can no longer sign in), and close channels or groups used for it.
We keep the minimum information needed for the report to the authorities and for legal purposes, and restrict access to it.

5. How we prevent harm

Your phone number is never shown to other users.
You decide who can add you to groups, and you can block anyone in one tap.
Private groups can only be joined with an invite link, which the owner can renew at any time.
Names, usernames and channel or group names and descriptions are checked against a list of blocked words before they are saved.
Voices in groups are deleted automatically 24 hours after sending.

6. Reporting to the authorities

We comply with all child safety laws that apply to us. When we become aware of CSAM or a child at risk on DangClub, we report it to the relevant regional and national authorities, including law enforcement in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region and, where applicable, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). We cooperate with valid requests from law enforcement.
